Playa de la Arena Resort is located on the southern coastal area of Tenerife. Playa de la Arena is known world wide for it's extremely clean and nice beach line consisting of black volcanic sand.


Playa de las Americas

Playa de las Americas is practically grown together with Los Cristianos next door. Playa de las Americas has the most night life.


Playa Paraiso

Playa Paraiso is located on the south area of Tenerife, only a few kilometers from Playa de Las Americas. Playa Paraiso is a small area with no real bearch area, but a few pools. it's a quiet area and party folks needs to travel into Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas Playa Paraiso is about half an hours drive Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia airport.


Puerto de la Cruz

The green northern part of Tenerife houses the town Puerto de la Cruz. The town is more than 300 years old. The mood is quiet and without hectic night life. A piecefull town full of charm. Specially in the evenings where you can enjoy drinks and classical music.

In Puerto de la Cruz you will find more than a town, you find the atmosphere and the secrets of Tenerife.

Puerto de la Cruz only has a few beaches, but in Lago de Marti?nez you'll find big salt water pools and childrens swimming pools. A good tips is to drive to the Las Teresitas beach on the Anaga-islands. It's an artificial islands with lovely white sand and the most spectacular viewpoints and nature of beauty.
Take a trip to Taganana, the charming and lovely small town on the coast.

The beautifull valley of Orotova where the bananas are found all year round is definetly worth a visit too.

You'll find many shops both in Puerto de la Cruz and the capital Santa Cruz.
Behind the square, Plaza del Charco, you'll find the old town where you can exprerience some of the old Canary atmosphere with charming buildings that look to fall over anytime.
In the evenings Avenida de Col?n, the boardwalk of Puerto de la Cruz, is where the action is. You can experience the roaring ocean and here you'll find the giant pool area Lago de Marti?nez.

Puerto de la Cruz is about 100 km. from the airport and you will find busses, taxies, cars and bikes just outside the terminal.

In short, Puerto de la Cruz is the perfect starting point to explore the northern part of Tenerife.

Puerto de la Cruz is famous for the Tenerife Canival held every year in February. The Carnival is bringing thousands of people to Puerto de la Cruz and this is maybe not the time to visit if you come for the relazing time and mellow surroundings. If you enjoy fun, party and carnival atmostphere, the February os defenitly the time to come to Tenerife and head off to Puerto de la Cruz.


Puerto De Santiago

Situated on the west coats fo Tenerife, Puerto De Santiago is known for it's great all year round weather. Go see the Los Gigantes clifffs. Puerto de Santiago is blessed with a quiet, understated atmosphere you can take a nice walk around the beautifull surroundings of the region. Take a boat trip from nearby Los Gigantes and experience whales and dolphins in the coastal waters off the shore.
