Specialist areas
Some of the key areas focused on include: La Caleta, Playa de Las Americas, San Eugenio Alto, San Eugenio Bajo, Torviscas, Fa?abe and Costa Adeje.

La Caleta
La Caleta is an idyllic fishing village, which has been joined by modern developments at the foot of the Adeje hills.

It?s where to go if you?re looking for a sedate, luxurious setting with excellent sea views, away from the hustle and bustle of the main holiday resorts.

Playa de Las Americas
There?s a lot more to Play de Las Americas than just bars and nightclubs. Located in the south of the island, Las Americas is a man-made resort that surrounds a dark volcanic sandy beach. It has grown to become one of the most important and popular parts of southern Tenerife attracting growing numbers of tourists each year. This area has excellent buy-to-let potential.

San Eugenio Alto
San Eugenio Alto is located up in the hills above Las Americas. This rustic location has excellent sea views and provides some great trekking opportunities. Here, you get the best of both worlds. It?s just a stone?s throw away from the shopping, nightlife and mayhem in Las Americas yet it?s far enough away for it to feel like you?re living a peaceful life in the beautiful Canarian countryside.

San Eugenio Bajo
San Eugenio Bajo (lower) is mostly known for its huge shopping area - a popular spot with passing tourists and locals alike. It?s split into three separate levels. You?ll find a major Mercadona supermarket here along with underground parking and an impressive selection of shops bars and cafes. Upstairs, there is an excellent Spanish and Indian restaurant.

One of the liveliest places on this part of the island, Torviscas is split into two separate zones and divided by the motorway.

The high part (Torviscas Alto) has its own access road and offers some of the best viewpoints in southern Tenerife. It?s a popular investment spot and brings in strong rental yields for buy to let investors. Every year more and more families choose to set up home in this stunning part of the island.

Torviscas is located in between Barranco del Infierno and Caldera del Rey. It?s the perfect getaway - surrounded by mountains and some truly spectacular Canarian scenery.

The beach here is one of the best in the south of Tenerife. It?s made up of fine golden sand and bathed by crystal clear calm waters that stay warm all year long.

Fa?abe is a growing area with many new commercial developments; there?s always something to do here. During peak season it can get packed but there?s always enough room to chill out and relax.

Costa Adeje
Costa Adeje is regarded as the more upmarket area in Southern Tenerife. It?s home to some amazing beaches along with many luxury hotels, modern properties and dramatic rural landscapes.

Costa Adeje stretches all the way from Las Americas up to Playa Paraiso and Callao Salvaje.
