Tenerife - Europe’s biggest street party

The annual Carnival is about to take place in Tenerife this month. From 19 February to 5 March the streets will be filled with happy dancing carnival guests enjoying the wonderfull atmosphere in Tenerife.

The most celebrated or vibrant festival is the Tenerife Carnival, which occurs each year in Santa Cruz prior to Lent and encompasses the whole island with the most magnificent festivities. It is Europe’s biggest street party. This magnificent show is so spectacular that it is said to rival Rio in splendour, size and glamour. Each year a different theme is chosen, embracing anything from Ancient Egypt to Disney characters.

We’re very much looking forward to this splendid event and 2006 looks to be the biggest and best ever in the history of Europe’s Most Tropical Carnival. We’re urging everyone who consider going to Tenerife to come at the tim of the Carnival as it is going to be fun, fun, fun!
