President Clinton came to visit Tenerife and invited Ricardo Melchior to experience Clinton Global Initiative.

ex-President of the USA Bill Clinton recently came to Tenerife, made a speech or two, played a bit of golf, missed a lot of meals, and flew off again, but not before extending an invitation to our President of the Cabildo, Ricardo Melchior, to attend the Clinton Global Initiative, an event without precedent organised by the ex-president’s Foundation (all ex-presidents, the live ones at least, have Foundations). Melchior accepted and has just got back.
